FAQ

  • Q What authoritative certifications are required for product testing?

    A
The product needs to pass 13 certifications, including UL (North American market safety access), OEKO-TEX 100 (textile harmful substance testing), Aitex (CE certification), EN standards (European unified technical standards), NFPA (American fire safety), and GB (Chinese national standards). These certifications cover multi-dimensional testing such as flame retardancy, anti-static properties, acid and alkali resistance, and environmental safety, ensuring compliance with international and domestic mandatory and recommended standards, and guaranteeing product safety and compliance.
  • Q How does global warehousing shorten logistics time?

    A
Leveraging warehousing centers in Asia, Europe, and America (East China warehouse, US West Coast warehouse, and Netherlands warehouse), combined with an intelligent logistics system that automatically matches the nearest warehouse for shipping, standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.  For remote areas, air and land transportation combined ensures delivery within 7 business days. 7x24 hour order response and dynamic tracking are supported.
  • Q What is the lead time for mass production?

    A
Standard products are mass-produced in 7-15 days; customized products (such as multi-functional composite fabrics) take 15-30 days; urgent orders can utilize a "green channel," prioritizing production through the intelligent manufacturing system, shortening the shortest cycle to 3-5 days. Production progress is synchronized in real-time through the ERP system.
  • Q What is the minimum order quantity for custom protective fabrics?

    A
The minimum order quantity for standard functional customization is 500 meters.  For complex functional combinations (such as "flame retardant + anti-static + acid and alkali resistant" triple protection) or special specifications and weights (such as 400g/m² high-strength fabric), the minimum order quantity is 1000 meters. The specific quantity will be negotiated based on the fiber blending ratio, process complexity, and production schedule. Special requests for small batch urgent orders are supported.
  • Q How should I choose protective fabric components for different industries?

    A
It depends on the risk characteristics of the industry – for the welding industry, choose high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant 100% cotton flame-retardant twill fabric (still meeting NFPA2112 after 100 washes); for the fire fighting industry, choose aramid/graphene composite fabric (TPP value ≥ 35 cal/cm², 30% lighter); for the petrochemical industry, choose acid and alkali resistant fabric (50% increase in acid resistance) + anti-static fabric (charge density < 7 μc/m²), ensuring triple protection against explosion, corrosion, and static electricity.
